Q. How long will my order take to be delivered?

A. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. All deliveries are sent First Class via Royal Mail or Priority Airmail. If there is going to be a lengthy delay for any reason we will contact you.

Q. Can I return items?

A. If you return the product for any reason in its original condition including tags & packaging within 7 days of delivery, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product, or provide with you with a same cost alternative if required. You will need to pay the return postage cost only.
